Office Manager - £35,000 to £40,000 + 5% bonus & private healthcare • Chichester, • 5 days in office, • Permanent Hop To Talent are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join a privately-owned property company in Chichester. This is a key role in a close-knit business where you’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate admin and IT, and support a busy leadership team. The role offers real variety – from managing suppliers to organising internal events and supporting the company’s marketing activity. THE ROLE • Oversee day-to-day office operations and systems, • Manage the office budget, expenses, and key suppliers, • Pull together the monthly board pack in PowerPoint, • Own office essentials – from stationery and IT kit to catering and postage, • Maintain clear filing systems and document processes, • Coordinate with external IT provider and support internal IT needs, • Support company marketing: website updates, socials, awards, events, • Organise internal meetings, socials, and the annual charity tournament, • Schedule appointments and provide admin support to the exec team, • Liaise with contractors and oversee office maintenance, • Support H&S policy updates and office compliance YOUR PROFILE • Well organised, • Effective communicator, • Experience in an Office Manager / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Senior Administrator role, • Hands on attitude to tackle a variety of tasks SALARY & BENEFITS • £35,000–£40,000, • 5% bonus, • Private healthcare, • 25 days holiday, • £3k annual professional development/training budget, • Based in Chichester – 5 days in the office
