We are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager who will work alongside the senior management team providing some amazing benefits and a great opportunity for career growth and some senior experience. • Produce accurate monthly management accounts packs on a consistent basis., • Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled., • Perform weekly and monthly payroll checks., • Drive strong financial controls and ensure compliance with internal audit requirements., • Improve, document, and standardise financial processes and procedures., • Support the business unit in meeting all financial reporting obligations., • Maintain fixed asset register and IFRS16 lease reporting., • Manage intercompany balances and transactions reconciliation process, coordinating with group finance and other subsidiaries., • The candidate for this position must be motivated, confident, pro-active as well able to work well in a team., • The candidate will be CIMA/ ACCA qualified, have experience in financial and management reporting, • Ability to think flexibly, with strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm to improve processes., • A good knowledge of IFRS is essential., • Competent with ERP systems., • Minimum intermediate level of Excel required., • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with business and external partners., • Experience of managing a team, performance review and objective setting.
