Description: Soltan Living is seeking a trustworthy and self-motivated Cleaner & Property Manager to help run our serviced apartments in Blackpool. This hybrid role requires someone who can maintain property cleanliness to a high standard while also managing bookings and guest communication. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and prepare apartments to luxury guest-ready standards - Change bed linens and towels; manage laundry and restocking - Follow the booking calendar closely to ensure timely turnovers - Respond to Booking enquiries and guest messages professionally - Coordinate check-ins/check-outs if needed - Report maintenance or supply issues promptly Ideal Candidate: - Strong attention to detail - Comfortable using Booking or willing to learn - Trustworthy, punctual, and organised - Able to work independently and manage time efficiently - Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is a bonus - Must be available on weekdays and weekends What We Offer: - Consistent work with a growing property brand - Flexible hours - Competitive pay - Potential for long-term growth in the business
