The Role Working alongside our Senior Kitchen Team, you’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Your focus will be on preparing beautiful, nutritious food while helping to maintain a smooth, organised, and welcoming kitchen environment. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys supporting others, and understands the importance of food in a luxury wellbeing experience. What You’ll Be Doing • Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard, • Taking ownership of your section and supporting Commis Chefs as needed, • Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and running smoothly, • Understanding dietary requirements, allergens, and ingredients across the menu, • Being knowledgeable about the nutritional value of the dishes we serve, • Communicating clearly with Front of House and other teams, • Supporting the Front of House team with food knowledge, • Answering guest questions with confidence and care, • Helping to manage food costs and raising any concerns with the Head Chef Why Work With Us?
