Oversees and performs the facilities maintenance tasks of a technical services and property maintenance function to both the internal and external parts of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas across a group of properties to meet the Companys requirements for building standards, health and safety, statutory compliance and overall asset functionality. About the Project Worker role: As a Project Worker within our Westminster Mental Health Accommodation Services or Wandsworth Properties, you’ll play a vital role in helping people find stability, confidence and a way forward. You’ll work alongside residents to create a sense of safety and possibility, supporting them to feel more in control of their lives and their choices.
