This role offers a hybrid working model (x2 days from home) Key Responsibilities: • Manage internal design teams and external consultants, including Fire Engineers and Risk Assessors, Structural Engineers, Façade Designers and Principal Designer Advisors., • Lead and coordinate design activities across multiple remediation projects., • Collaborate closely with Project Directors and manage input across 8-10 live projects., • Ensure compliance with the latest Building Safety Act and façade regulations., • Actively drive the design process from preconstruction through to construction and completion, identifying potential challenges and supporting practical solutions.
