    Responsibilities: - Deliver curriculum PE coaching sessions to groups of up to 30 children (lesson plans provided) - Deliver fun and engaging sports breakfast and afterschool clubs - Teach and demonstrate sports techniques, rules, and strategies align with lesson plans provided - Provide guidance and support to children to help them improve their skills and performance - Monitor and assess progress and provide feedback for improvement (assessments will be completed for each child at the end of unit) - Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants - Organise and coordinate sports events, competitions, or tournaments - Collaborate with other coaches, trainers, and staff members to enhance the overall sports program Qualifications: - Previous experience in sports coaching within a primary school setting - Strong knowledge of the specific sport(s) being taught - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and inspire children to achieve their goals - Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills. - Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure - First Aid certification (essential) - Valid driver's license (if required for travel to different locations) - Min Level 2 Coaching Badge Join our team of dedicated sports coaches and make a positive impact on children's lives!
