This role sits with a Principal Contractor delivering external envelope replacement works as part of a fire safety improvement programme funded in part by the Building Safety Fund. Due to the nature of the project there will be a strong focus on quality inspections, compliance and maintaining the “golden thread” of information throughout the works. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing subcontractor installation works, carrying out inspections and ensuring works are delivered to the required safety and quality standards.
