Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for SC clearance and have been a UK resident for the past 5 years. The Role You will play a key part in improving, supporting and developing composite manufacturing processes across the full production lifecycle. The role focuses on driving efficiency, enhancing product quality and ensuring robust, repeatable processes—particularly within complex composite environments. From continuous improvement to hands‑on production support, you will be central to ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly, safely and to the highest standards.
