Salary: £23,751 Contract: Permanent, Full Time Your week: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5pm Location: Based at Longhurst Lodge in Skegness Snapshot of your role • Act as a visible, approachable landlord figure, building positive relationships with residents and local agencies., • Carry out regular inspections of schemes, reporting maintenance, management, and health & safety issues., • Conduct welfare checks, identify safeguarding concerns, and signpost or refer to support agencies., • Perform compliance testing, including fire/smoke alarms, Lifeline equipment, and utility meter readings., • Support tenancy and estate management, including anti-social behaviour, property viewings, and access facilitation., • Assist new residents to settle in and raise safeguarding alerts when needed., • Promote health and safety, maintain confidentiality, and ensure schemes are compliant and well-managed. What we’re looking for • A full UK driving licence and enhanced DBS clearance are essential requirements for this role., • Good standard of education with strong literacy, numeracy, and clear written and verbal communication skills., • Experience engaging with customers, responding to feedback, and shaping services to meet their needs., • Understanding of health and safety requirements and the housing, care, and support needs of older people., • Excellent customer care, professional attitude, and a friendly, approachable manner with a positive “can do” outlook., • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and confidently operate digital devices, ICT systems, and applications., • Highly organised, flexible, proactive, and a team player able to build positive relationships across operational boundaries.
