Position Overview Omoda | Jaecoo (UK) Limited is expanding rapidly, with a growing retailer and service network across the country. To ensure efficient management and data-driven performance improvement, we are seeking an Aftersales Performance Specialist to support the Aftersales Director. This role plays a key part in monitoring aftersales performance across regions, managing department-level data reports, coordinating regular meetings, and tracking follow-up actions. The successful candidate will be highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities: 1. Aftersales Performance Monitoring • Support the Aftersales Director in consolidating and reviewing regional and departmental performance reports., • Monitor KPIs including customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue, and parts sales., • Collect and manage operational data from regional and HQ aftersales teams., • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for monthly and quarterly reviews., • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission. 3. Meeting Coordination & Documentation • Organise and schedule regular aftersales management meetings, reviews, and workshops., • Record meeting minutes, summarise key actions, and track progress with responsible teams., • Prepare presentation materials and briefing packs for leadership use. 4. Departmental Support • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Aftersales Director and management team., • Coordinate communication between HQ, regional managers, and other departments., • Assist in the preparation of performance review documents and internal reports. 5. Process & Efficiency Improvement • Identify bottlenecks in aftersales operations and propose optimisation measures., • Support implementation of new systems or tools to enhance reporting accuracy and speed. KPI’s: • Data Accuracy & Timeliness - Ensure high accuracy and on-time submission of aftersales data reports., • Meeting Action Completion Rate - Track and ensure timely closure of follow-up actions from departmental meetings., • Performance Reporting Quality - Deliver clear, accurate, and insightful performance analyses., • Process Improvement Efficiency - Contribution to measurable improvement in data and reporting efficiency., • Team Coordination & Support - Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and positive feedback from management. Personal Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in aftersales operations, data analysis, or business administration., • Strong analytical, coordination, and organisational skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)., • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure., • Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred
