The Role We are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Claims Handler to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to manage and progress non-fault road traffic accident claims, supporting clients throughout the claims process and ensuring all relevant information is obtained, recorded and communicated accurately. You will be responsible for speaking with clients, third parties, insurers, repairers and other relevant parties to ensure claims continue to progress smoothly.
