Children's Home Registered Manager Location: East Midlands Contract: Permanent, Full Time Salary: Up to £55,000 + up to £18,000 annual bonuses About the Role Do you know how to turn a house into a home? Our client is expanding their portfolio of high-quality childrens residential homes and is looking for passionate, dedicated, and driven Childrens Home Registered Managers to join their growing team. As Registered Manager, you will lead and inspire your own staff team to deliver outstanding care, provide positive role models, and create a safe, nurturing home where children can thrive. Youll play a key role in shaping the homes culture, ensuring regulatory excellence, and supporting children through trauma-informed and therapeutic practice. To attract the very best leaders, our client is offering a £5,000 relocation bonus for candidates willing to move for the role. This role also includes a competitive base salary of £47,500£55,000 , plus the opportunity to earn up to £18,000 in annual bonuses , paid quarterly. Bonus eligibility is linked to achieving high occupancy levels and securing Good or Outstanding ratings with Ofsted.
