Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate on-site electrical works, ensuring delivery against programme and technical requirements., • Supervise subcontractors and manage productivity, progress, and quality control., • Interpret and work from electrical drawings and specifications, raising queries as needed., • Ensure appropriate materials, tools, and equipment are in place to meet project milestones., • Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures., • Collaborate with the wider project team, including mechanical and civils leads, to ensure smooth coordination., • Support handover process through quality checks, inspections, and final sign-offs. The successful Building Services Manager will lead and coordinate the MEP process from project inception through to post-completion using commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness and technical expertise.
