Creative SPARC Architects is looking for a talented and motivated Project Architect / Architect to join our team in Lytham, Lancashire. \n \n We’re an established, design-led independent architectural practice with a close-knit team and a varied portfolio of ambitious projects across the North West. We take pride in producing high-quality architecture while maintaining a supportive working environment and a healthy work/life balance. \n \n This is a full-time role for an organised, confident and creative architect who enjoys taking responsibility for projects, working closely with clients and consultants, and contributing to thoughtful, high-quality design from concept through to delivery. \n \n We welcome applications from both recently qualified architects and more experienced candidates. \n \n The Role \n \n\n • Leading a varied range of architectural projects, including residential, commercial, cultural and heritage schemes\n, • Developing projects from concept design and planning through to technical design, construction and completion\n, • Preparing and coordinating designs, drawings, specifications and other project information\n, • Liaising directly with clients, consultants, contractors, local authorities and other project stakeholders\n, • Coordinating and supporting other members of the project team where required\n, • Attending client and consultant meetings, site visits and surveys\n, • Taking ownership of project organisation, coordination and delivery\n, • Contributing to the continued development, culture and success of the practice\n\n \n About You \n \n\n • ARB registered Architect\n, • Experience working within a UK architectural practice\n, • Confident taking responsibility for projects and managing your own workload\n, • Able to produce clear, accurate and well-coordinated design and technical information\n, • Good knowledge of UK planning, Building Regulations and construction processes\n, • A strong communicator who is comfortable dealing directly with clients, consultants and contractors\n, • Organised, reliable and able to work both independently and collaboratively\n, • Ideally proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant architectural software\n, • Enthusiastic about good design, problem-solving and providing an excellent service to clients\n\n \n What We Offer \n \n\n • A friendly, supportive and collaborative working environment\n, • A varied portfolio with the opportunity to take genuine ownership of projects\n, • Direct involvement across all stages of the design and delivery process\n, • The opportunity to have a meaningful influence on the work and continued development of the practice\n, • Our studio is based in the centre of the attractive coastal town of Lytham\n, • Annual car parking pass provided for convenient parking close to the studio\n, • A supportive working environment with a genuine emphasis on work/life balance\n, • Annual leave entitlement increasing with length of service\n, • Support for relevant professional memberships and continued professional development\n, • Flexible working hours and arrangements considered where appropriate\n\n \n Hours & Salary \n \n\n • 37.5 hours per week\n, • £30,000–£40,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience\n\n
