    Position only available to candidates with a valid UK work permit. Shambles is a family-run, independent Italian restaurant & winebar in the heart of Teddington. Our aim has always been to create a relaxed and welcoming restaurant without pretence or fuss, serving seasonal Italian food with integrity. We cook from scratch using quality ingredients, including produce grown in our own kitchen garden, and work closely with trusted suppliers to source the very best ingredients. We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This role would suit an ambitious chef with experience in fresh Italian cooking who is ready to take the next step in their career within a busy, quality-driven restaurant.
