Key Responsibilities * Pastoral Support: Act as a key worker for specific students, providing a "safe space" and helping them navigate the challenges of the secondary school day. * Behaviour Mentoring: Use your skills to de-escalate tension and implement positive behaviour strategies within the Blackpool secondary setting. * SEMH & SEND Focus: Deliver 1:1 interventions for pupils with complex emotional needs, Autism (ASD), or ADHD. * Attendance & Wellbeing: Work closely with the Pastoral Lead and SENCO to monitor student engagement and track progress against EHCP targets.
