Relationship Building: Form and maintain strong, positive relationships with residents, their families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care. Team Management: Lead and manage the care team with confidence, ensuring all staff are motivated and well-supported in their roles. Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and support to staff, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers. Resident-Centred Care: Ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care, tailored to their individual needs and preferences. \n Qualifications & Experience \n\n • Qualified Nurse: Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), with a valid PIN.\n, • Experience: Proven experience working with the elderly in a care setting.\n, • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, manage, and inspire a care team.\n, • Training and Development: Experience in supporting staff with further training and development.\n\n About us: \n You'll be joining a values-led care home that's part of the Care Concern Group,
