The successful candidate must live within a 40-mile radius of our Head Office and is expected to work from the office three days per week depending on business needs, with nationwide travel expected as part of the role to support key events. Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Campaign Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of B2B marketing initiatives within a fast-paced FMCG environment. In this role, you will own and manage our marketing campaign calendar and play a key part in supplier brand activation, ensuring all activity aligns with commercial, sales, and category objectives. Working closely with sales, buying, and supplier partners, you will help drive brand awareness, visibility, and commercial impact across our categories. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Coordination · Own and manage the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring key brand, seasonal, and product-led initiatives are aligned with sales and marketing priorities along with company strategic objectives. · Coordinate campaign delivery across multiple touchpoints including email, trade marketing materials, catalogues & digital content, in-store materials, POS, sampling activity, and trade events to ensure harmonious and successful communication. · Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from ideation to post-campaign analysis, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. · Collaborate with buying and sales teams to integrate priority brands, product launches, and promotional plans into wider marketing activity. · Management of creative assets via our design team to create a suite of high-quality, impactful templates which are well planned and executed in line with the relevant campaign, with compelling content, visuals, and messaging. 2. Supplier Activation & Relationship Management · Support the delivery of supplier brand activation, ensuring campaigns are fully aligned with business objectives through cohesive communications to portray our brand, category and supplier stories to inspire our customers and drive growth. · Manage and oversee supplier partnerships, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of co-branded marketing campaigns and activations. · Work closely with the buying and business development teams to prioritise supplier opportunities that drive brand visibility and category growth and maximise supplier investment. · Negotiate with suppliers and third-party agencies to ensure optimal activation opportunities, pricing, and contract terms. · Support with execution of trade shows, supplier showcases, category-led events, and new product launches. Campaign Reporting & Insight · Measure and track campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement, reach, distribution uplift, rate of sale, and supplier ROI. · Produce post-campaign reports, summarising results, insights, and recommendations for future optimisation. · Stay informed on FMCG trends, competitor campaigns, shopper behaviour, competitor activations and category insights to support forward planning. Skills & Experience · Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced commercial environment (preferred). · Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. · Excellent communication skills and confidence working with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. · Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-focussed approach. · Awareness of FMCG marketing channels including trade communications, in-store marketing, shopper marketing, and digital/trade content. · Full, clean driving licence.
