We are now hiring a Production & Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day factory and warehouse standards. The Role This is a hands-on leadership role based on the factory floor. You will be responsible for ensuring that: • Orders are dispatched correctly and on time, • The factory is clean, organised and audit-ready at all times, • Production runs efficiently and safely, • Machinery is cleaned and maintained correctly, • Freezer and temperature controls are strictly managed, • Stock is accurate and well controlled You will report directly to the Founder.
