Recommended add ons such as non dairy milks, extra shots, syrups or food pairings Proactively recommend pastries, retail coffee or drink upgrades based on customer prefence. You’ll be responsible for bringing fresh, exciting, and commercially viable menu items from concept to launch, working closely with operations, marketing, procurement, and franchise partners.
