Breakfast Done the Nigerian Way 🇳🇬 We’re TT’s Breakfast — a Nigerian breakfast brand built around great food, good energy and a strong sense of community. We’re looking for a Front of House Team Member to join our small but growing team. This isn’t a role where you’ll be one of ten people on a busy restaurant floor. Our shifts are intentionally small, and you’ll often work closely alongside one cook. That means we’re looking for someone who is reliable, switched-on and takes real ownership of their role. You’ll be the face of TT’s when customers walk through the door, while making sure the front of house runs smoothly from opening through to close. The Role • Welcome customers warmly and deliver genuinely great service, • Take orders accurately and confidently explain our menu, • Recommend dishes and answer questions about ingredients and allergens, • Prepare and package takeaway, Click & Collect and delivery orders, • Keep on top of front-of-house setup, • Keep the restaurant, counter and customer areas clean and organised throughout service, • Monitor stock levels of front-of-house items and flag anything running low, • Work closely with the cook to keep service moving efficiently, • Communicate clearly and calmly during busy periods, • Follow TT’s food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures, • Complete required daily checks accurately, • Take responsibility for your area rather than waiting to be told what needs doing, • Support with opening and closing procedures, • Help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that TT’s is known for What We’re Looking For Attention to detail is really important to us. When you're working alongside one cook, there isn't always someone else to pick up what you've missed. We need someone who notices things, takes initiative and gets them sorted. You should be: • Reliable and punctual, • Naturally organised and clean, • Comfortable working independently, • Confident working alongside a small team, • Able to stay calm and focused when things get busy, • Friendly, warm and confident with customers, • Comfortable taking responsibility, • Someone who notices the little things, • Serious about hygiene, food safety and doing things properly, • Respectful of the team, the kitchen and our customers, • Happy to have a laugh, but knows when it's time to get focused Experience Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, but we're more interested in your attitude, reliability and ability to learn. Experience working in a café, restaurant, takeaway or other fast-paced environment would be a bonus. What We Offer £12.71 per hour • Flexible shifts, • Free TT’s meal while working, • Training and development, • Opportunity to grow with an expanding independent brand, • A small, close-knit team, • The chance to be part of the next chapter of TT’s Breakfast If you think you're the perfect person to join the team and can make TT's Breakfast a better place for all, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role We’re looking for a Front of House Manager — someone who can own the floor, lead a team, and make sure every guest gets the Sweet Jerk experience from the moment they walk through the door. If you’ve managed in fast-paced brands like Nando’s, Wagamama, PizzaExpress, Five Guys, Wingstop or similar, this will feel familiar. This is not a Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Waitress role. We’re looking for someone who has already managed a restaurant Front of House operation and knows what it takes to run a busy service, lead a team, hold standards, cash up, handle customers, and keep everything moving when the pressure is on. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Kitchen Manager to make sure FOH is sharp, organised and bringing the energy every service. Key Responsibilities Lead the Front of House team during service, keeping the floor organised, efficient, and guest-focused. Manage service flow across seating, ordering, food running, drinks, clearing, and customer experience. Lead and motivate the FOH team, setting the standard through your own energy and performance. Handle customer concerns and service recovery confidently and professionally. Carry out opening and closing procedures, including cashing up and end-of-day till reconciliation. Train, onboard, and develop new FOH team members. Support rota planning, shift allocation, and appropriate staffing levels. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and restaurant readiness. Ensure company procedures, health and safety requirements, and operational checks are followed. Monitor team performance and address issues quickly when standards slip. Work closely with the kitchen team to keep communication tight and service flowing. Step in wherever needed during busy periods — at Sweet Jerk, our managers lead from the floor. What We’re Looking For ✅ At least 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or Front of House Manager. ✅ Proven experience directly managing a FOH team of 5+ people. ✅ Experience running busy restaurant services as the manager responsible for the floor. ✅ Confident with cashing up, till reconciliation, opening and closing procedures. ✅ Experience managing rotas, staffing, training, and team performance. ✅ Strong customer service skills and confidence handling complaints and service recovery. ✅ Experience within a recognised restaurant group, hospitality brand, or busy standards-led restaurant environment is highly desirable. ✅ Calm, organised, and decisive when service gets busy. ✅ Someone who leads by example — on the floor, not from the sidelines. ✅ High standards, great energy, and a genuinely warm approach to hospitality. ✅ Flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Supervisor, Shift Leader, Team Leader, Senior Server or Senior Waiter/Waitress experience alone will not meet the experience requirement unless you have also held overall Front of House or Restaurant Manager responsibility. How to Apply If you know how to run a restaurant floor, lead people, and create the kind of hospitality that keeps guests coming back, we’d love to hear from you.
