Warehouse Operative Location:Fawley Pay:£13.49 per hour (paid weekly) Hours:07:00 16:00, Monday to Friday Contract:Temp to perm We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operator to join ourteam in Fawley. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Team Lead and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a busy, safety focused warehouse environment, with the possibility of longer term employment. Key Responsibilities: • Working safely at all times in compliance with site Health & Safety procedures, • Taking responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others, • Operating within site Personnel Safety Management Systems (PSMS), • Picking and issuing materials to site, • Storing materials in racking and shelving locations, • Delivering materials to site using a van or forklift truck, • Loading and unloading materials using a forklift truck, • Manning the warehouse service counter, • Goods receipting and processing deliveries, • Data entry into the warehouse management system (SAP) and spreadsheets, • Dispatching materials, • Participating in an on-call rota for site emergency material requests, • Working additional hours when required to support the customer, • Responding to ad hoc requests from managementWhat Were Looking For...
