We expect our kitchen manager will be responsible for the following duties: ● Managing and running the Kitchen smoothly ● Supervising kitchen staff. ● Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety guidance. ● Overseeing stock levels and ordering kitchen materials and ingredients based on the menu and market demand. ● Supervising food preparation in the kitchen and ensuring that customers are satisfied. ● Working with the Manager to create menu items, pricing and establishing portion sizes of each meal. ● Overseeing the training of employees to ensure the safe operation of kitchen equipment and utensils and proper handling of heavy items and hazardous materials.
