You'll build strong relationships, offer expert advice, and ensure technical issues are resolved with minimal disruption. Key responsibilities include: Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and Wrightbus manuals. Performing warranty and campaign repairs in line with company procedures. Communicating root cause analysis and repair estimates to the Parts & Service Team.
