The Role: We are seeking an agile, quick-learning individual with an open mindset to drive new business and manage end-to-end commercial operations. You will hold complete P&L responsibility for your accounts, taking charge of everything from securing new product listings to physical order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities: • New Business & Growth: Hunt for new opportunities, spot new store openings, turn cold leads into successful partnerships, secure premium product listings, and confidently upsell across our portfolio., • Customer Service & Retention: Build unbreakable customer relationships, resolve queries swiftly, and maintain exceptional retention rates., • Events & Tastings: Conduct evening or weekend tasting sessions (Wine, Beer, and Spirits) directly at retail stores, using your product knowledge to relay compelling brand stories., • Account Operations: Manage the full sales cycle including order-taking, invoicing, and proactive payment chasing., • Logistics & Distribution: Maintain close relationships with delivery drivers, utilize warehouse knowledge, and support the warehouse team during peak periods. When necessary, step in to drive the delivery van to ensure customer orders are delivered strictly on time. What We Are Looking For: • A fast learner with a strong commercial acumen and full account management capabilities., • Industry Passion: Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer is essential. If you have formal BWS certifications, that is fantastic—but if you do not have the paperwork and instead possess massive product confidence and the ability to tell a captivating brand story, we absolutely want to hear from you., • Logistics Flexibility: A valid driving licence is highly advantageous for driving the company van to cover staff shortages and critical deliveries. If you’re a closer who loves autonomy, high commissions, and unlimited earning potential, this role is for you. Role Overview You will be responsible for generating new business across the UK, targeting SMEs, schools, charities, recruitment agencies, and other approved sectors. This is a remote contractor role with flexible hours and no cap on earnings. What You’ll Be Selling • IT Support & Managed Services, • Cybersecurity Solutions, • Cloud Services, • Infrastructure Projects, • Candidate Assessment Platform (SaaS), • Professional IT Services Commission Structure This role is commission‑only, with one of the strongest packages in the industry: • 15% on new monthly recurring revenue (MRR), • 10% on renewals (first 12 months only), • 10% on one‑off projects under £10k, • 5% on projects over £10k, • 10% on onboarding/setup fees Bonuses • £500 monthly bonus for hitting £20k+ new signed revenue, • £1,000 quarterly bonus for exceeding KPIs, • £1,500 bonus for closing any contract worth £50k+ annually OTE Range £60,000–£120,000+ depending on performance. As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing excellent technical support to our clients. This position involves a mix of user support, system administration, troubleshooting, basic networking and collaboration with other IT professionals remotely from our New Barnet office or onsite with the client.
