Join us as a Gas Services Manager at Thirteen Group! Role Overview: Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Gas Services Manager to lead our Gas Services team. This is a key role in our Compliance management team as you’ll be responsible and accountable for all legislative gas compliance works carried out in our customers’ homes. You’ll be expected to work at least one day a week from our head office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required. Thirteen Benefits: • Salary – £62,964 per annum, • Annual leave – starting at 28 days and rising to 31 days after three years, a day off for your birthday, plus bank holidays., • Pension – up to 17% contributions (flexible contribution rates of up to 7% colleague and up to 10% employer)., • Simply Health – save money on common health expenses and get access to health and wellbeing support services., • T’dar – our Discount and Reward platform giving you huge savings on everyday brands., • Opportunities to buy and sell annual leave Key Responsibilities: • As principal duty holder, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance of the overall standard and quality of all gas installation works, • You’ll manage a team of 5 and lead a wider service with over 60 colleagues, who are responsible for gas repairs and servicing in our customers’ homes, • Responsible for the planning, scheduling and efficient delivery of our mechanical works and gas servicing programming, in line with gas safety regulations, • Management of contractors through our established frameworks and contracts, • Continuously driving service improvements to enhance the customer experience About You: • It goes without saying that you’ll have comprehensive knowledge of gas safety regulatory requirements and compliance work management processes, • You’ll also have experience of managing the operational delivery of a gas services function, • People management experience and someone who is confident leading a compliance-driven service. It would be a bonus if you have a HNC or degree in a property-related specialism, • Fantastic people and communication skills. You’ll collaborate with other internal teams, contractors and interact with customers, • Experience in managing health and safety responsibilities at a senior level, such as managing and mitigating risk, producing risk assessments and embedding safe working practices Why Thirteen Group?
