Project Manager – EV Charging Infrastructure – Construction Delivery – Remote (Hybrid/Remote) Up to £45,000 + 20% Bonus My EV Charging client is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing EV infrastructure delivery team. This role focuses on the end-to-end development and delivery of EV charging sites, working closely with clients, DNOs, installation partners and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest safety and quality standards. This is a hybrid/home-based role with UK site travel required. The Opportunity As a Project Manager, you will manage EV charging projects from initial design and grid application through to installation, commissioning and handover. You will play a key role in coordinating stakeholders, securing competitive installation costs, supporting planning requirements, and ensuring smooth project execution across multiple live sites. This is ideal for someone with infrastructure, construction or utilities project experience looking to develop further within the EV sector. Key Responsibilities • Manage full lifecycle delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects., • Coordinate site surveys with clients and installation partners., • Support and manage DNO grid applications and power capacity requirements., • Develop design layouts and technical solutions for investor and client approval., • Obtain and negotiate installation quotes with delivery partners., • Monitor programme timelines, budgets and contractor performance., • Ensure H&S procedures are implemented during pre-development and installation phases., • Liaise directly with clients to provide technical and delivery updates., • Prepare handover documentation for legal and network operations teams., • Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation within internal systems., • Manage multiple live projects simultaneously. Skills & Experience Required • Experience delivering infrastructure, construction, utilities or EV projects., • Understanding of grid connections and DNO processes (preferred)., • Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills., • Commercial awareness with experience negotiating supplier costs., • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently., • Strong communication and organisational skills., • Analytical and problem-solving mindset., • Full UK driving licence preferred., • EV sector experience advantageous but not essential.
