We're recruiting for a high performing Trading Manager to help our business to continue to grow and succeed. Making sure our stores are fully stocked is key to a fantastic customer experience, which is why this roe is so vital to our success. It's the job of our Trading Manager to provide the best availability and standards possible for our customers across all departments, ensuring that they remain legal and safe. Reporting into the Store Manager, you will also: Lead the team to the very best standard and strive to ensure the best shopping experience for every customer who walks into our store Plan and organise current promotions or in-store events Listen and respond to our customers feedback and react accordingly Ensure market leading availability across the store Work with the other Managers in store to lead a supportive and performance driven department Efficiently manage all people routines, taking accountability of department(s) scheduling, absence, performance and talent conversations Deliver training to ensure team have the capability and confidence to deliver their role Motivate and lead colleagues to work with confidence across various departments Identify and develop talent within the department Build effective relationships with other operating departments Lead colleagues to work with purpose, delivering outstanding performance against all relevant targets across the department(s) Take a leadership role within the store Ensure resource is planned thoroughly How do we say thank you? Our client is a long- stablished, well respected high street law firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The firm has built an excellent reputation for providing friendly, professional and efficient legal services to the local community. Due to continued growth in their Property department, they are now seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy residential conveyancing team. The Role As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners and ensuring that client transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. Youll gain hands-on experience across a full range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Key duties will include: Assisting with opening new files, preparing client care documentation, and managing file administration. Ordering searches, drafting contracts, and requesting redemption statements. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors. Managing post-completion work such as Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions. Keeping case management systems and client records up to date. Providing excellent client service and supporting fee earners to meet deadlines and targets. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your conveyancing career in a supportive, close-knit team with the potential to progress to a fee earner or conveyancer role. About You The ideal candidate will: Have at least 612 months experience in a conveyancing support or administrative role. Possess a good understanding of the conveyancing process (sales/purchases/remortgages). Have strong communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner. Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Be IT literate and comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office. Thrive in a team environment and enjoy building strong client relationships. Whats on Offer Competitive salary: £23,000 £28,000, depending on experience.
