As an apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, supporting IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and learning to maintain essential infrastructure. Whether you're a recent school leaver or looking for a career change, this program will provide the training and mentorship needed to thrive in the ever-evolving tech industry. What you'll be handling: • Providing 1st and 2nd line user support via calls and logged issues on the ticketing system., • Managing and troubleshooting site-to-site and client-to-site VPNs using appropriate tools., • Proactively identifying and addressing ongoing technical issues, analysing reports to pinpoint root causes, and working with the Development Team to implement solutions or deliver training., • Escalating 3rd line issues while maintaining client communication until resolution., • Assisting in the support and maintenance of networks and servers., • Conducting Warehouse Control Systems code and module testing to support system upgrades and enhancements., • Working towards your accreditation.
