You will lead initiatives that drive commercial performance, elevate guest experience, and embed operational excellence at scale. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that operations are agile, brand-aligned, and future-ready. The position is based full-time at our London Bridge Head Office, with occasional property visits. THE STAGE IS SET The stage is set for something different. We don’t run conventional hotels; we build places with character and intent. What began as a small UK aparthotel portfolio has grown into a European collection recognised for design and atmosphere - and we’re now entering a new chapter. As we redefine the brand and evolve our identity, we’re focused on creating spaces that feel compelling, contemporary, and truly distinctive. Locke leads with bold expression; Cove by Locke refines that same spirit into a quieter, more streamlined approach. Guests come to rest, work, or escape. Comfort is a given - great beds, hot showers, genuine service. But we aim to create moments that feel memorable and a little unexpected, bringing back the sense of mood hospitality often lost. This is our backdrop. We’re on an exciting journey step on stage and play your part. THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS Operational Strategy & Excellence Lead the design and implementation of scalable operational frameworks, SOPs, and policies that drive efficiency, profitability, and service excellence. Continuously benchmark operational standards against industry best practices, ensuring innovation and relevance. Develop and maintain a centralised knowledge base for property teams, enabling consistent execution and rapid onboarding. Supplier & Contract Management Own group-level supplier relationships, ensuring performance against SLAs and commercial targets. Lead strategic sourcing and tendering processes to optimise cost and quality. Monitor market trends to mitigate risk and leverage opportunities for cost control and value creation. Ability to navigate and negotiate contracts. Revenue Growth & Commercial Impact Drive non-room revenue (NRR) initiatives in collaboration with GMs, identifying new monetisation opportunities across the guest journey. Partner with Finance and Revenue teams to enhance profitability through data-driven decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting. Lead cost optimisation programmes without compromising brand or service standards. Guest Experience & Brand Integrity Champion a guest-first culture, embedding brand values and service ethos across all touchpoints. Oversee brand audits and quality assurance programmes, ensuring consistency and excellence across the portfolio. Deliver actionable insights to improve guest satisfaction and investor value. Cross-Functional Leadership Act as a strategic liaison between Operations and functions including Marketing, HR, IT, and Development. Lead operational input into digital transformation, ESG initiatives, and systems implementation. Influence cross-departmental projects to ensure operational feasibility and long-term scalability. Stakeholder & Ownership Relations Serve as the primary operational contact for ownership groups, delivering transparent, data-led reporting and strategic updates. Align property-level goals with broader business objectives through collaboration with corporate teams. Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties. Other duties as reasonably required will form part of this job description. THE FIRE YOU CARRY Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Advanced certifications in operations, project management, or leadership are advantageous. YOUR PROVEN TRACK Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality operations. Proven track record of delivering profit enhancing results and operational transformation. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and supplier contracts. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with regular travel. WHAT WE LOOK FOR We’re here to rethink what a modern lifestyle hotel can be. That takes pace, creativity, and people who enjoy working with purpose. If you’re comfortable with change, motivated by ideas, and focused on crafting meaningful guest experiences, you’ll do well here. We value individuals who can hold a vision, appreciate atmosphere, and want their work to have impact. Skills can be taught. Mindset can’t. There’s no single template for success here - just the right approach and willingness to grow.

We’re two young entrepreneurs (28y/o) with a 10-week-old baby, looking for an amazing extra pair of hands to join us for the next 1–4 months. We both work from home and are running businesses across furniture, real estate, fashion and tech, finishing a house renovation, and looking after our new baby. We’re looking for someone who can work alongside us and help wherever they’re most needed that day. This is a genuinely varied role. One day (or one hour!) could look completely different from the next. You might be: • Helping with business admin, research, emails, spreadsheets or organising samples, • Helping coordinate contractors, deliveries and outstanding renovation jobs, • Running errands, organising returns or picking things up, • Holding or entertaining the baby while one of us takes a call or catches up with emails, • Putting on a load of laundry, tidying the kitchen or helping get the house back in order, • Organising a cupboard, unpacking a delivery or making us all something quick for lunch, • Generally spotting what needs doing and taking it off our plate There will usually be all four of us at home together, so this isn't a traditional nanny, housekeeper or PA position. It's much more of an all-round support role, working alongside us as part of the family/work setup. We don't mind if your background is in production, personal assistance, childcare, fashion, hospitality, startups or something completely different. What matters most is that you're bright, warm, trustworthy, practical and extremely proactive. We're looking for the kind of person who doesn't need a rigid job description and naturally thinks, “What can I do to make today run more smoothly?” You should be comfortable around a young baby and equally comfortable jumping onto a laptop, speaking to a contractor or folding a load of laundry. Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm Duration: Minimum 1 month, potentially up to 4 months Start: ASAP Location: London, working from our home For the initial month, we're looking for someone who already works on a freelance/self-employed basis and is able to invoice us for their time. If you're interested, please send us a little about yourself, your experience, your availability and your freelance hourly/day rate.

The Role We’re looking for an unpaid Operations Assistant Intern to join our growing Operations team and help keep the business moving. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, curious, commercially minded and naturally gets things done. You’ll work across operations, customers, sales, compliance, marketing and product, making sure processes run smoothly, information is accurate and nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be someone who sees a problem and thinks “I’ll sort it”. What you'll be doing • Support the day-to-day running of our operational processes and workflows, • Help manage customer and investor journeys from application through to completion, • Keep systems, records and operational data accurate and up to date, • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Compliance and Finance to move cases forward, • Monitor outstanding actions and follow up with the right people to keep things moving, • Support customer and investor queries and ensure they receive timely, high-quality responses, • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and recurring issues — and help fix them, • Prepare reports, trackers and operational updates for the wider team, • Support onboarding, documentation and administrative processes, • Help implement new tools, processes and ways of working as we scale, • Take ownership of ad-hoc operational projects and get them over the line What we're looking for You don't need years of experience. You need the right mindset. Why you'll love it here This isn't a role where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day. We're growing quickly, which means you'll have the opportunity to learn, take ownership and make a real impact. You'll work closely with different teams, get exposure to how a fintech operates end-to-end and have a real voice in improving the way we work. If you like moving fast, solving problems and getting things done, you'll fit right in. We are open to both part time and full time candidates. Ready to build something different? If you're organised, curious, energetic and want to be part of a company that's changing the way people think about homeownership and investing, we'd love to hear from you.
