The Procurement/Cost & Programme Manager is responsible for managing and expediting the Restaurant Development process from site identification through grand opening across the UK for all restaurant concepts, including traditional and non-traditional locations. This role will be responsible for Procurement and Cost management, including capex management and cashflow forecasting. It will also play a key role in facilities management and this individual will serve as the representative after grand opening, managing and addressing Operator concerns. Critical thinking, initiative, strong follow up and the ability to figure out solutions, despite unknowns and challenges, is imperative. This individual will report to the Director, UK Restaurant Development. They will also partner with numerous global leaders across the business. Responsibilities: Lead effective and efficient communication • A primary point of contact for Restaurant Development, • Direct and foster partnership with internal and external partners, • Influence and collaborate with teams to request and manage due diligence – including, but not limited to, site investigation, environmental testing and reporting, surveys, signage, release for design, etc., • Brings a real estate, development, and construction understanding, as well as system knowledge, • Serves as a liaison to Financial Services, Budget/Planning, External Communications and necessary Technology teams (such as Tririga, LIS, and Oracle Cloud), • Works with the Facilities provider to build out the support network for operators once a restaurant has opened, • Works with Design to ensure the right suppliers onboard to maintain the high standards but at the same time stewarding the cost of materials and services, • Works with the Construction & Development Lead to onboard new partners and suppliers to support Chick-fil-A’s UK expansion. Financial Stewardship • Lead Restaurant Development’s planning and budget for the UK (inclusive of Real Estate, Development & Construction, Asset Management, Facilities & Equipment, and Restaurant Design), • Responsible for procurement and supplier management, • Involved in FCR analysis, provide insight to spend as it influences when and how treasury purchases currency, • Maximise financial stewardship and obtain required approvals – including, but not limited to: New Restaurant Real Estate and Development & Construction budget partnership, Deal Cost Workbook (DCWB), Pre-Construction Review (PCR), and Budget Tracking support; abstract analysis; oversee payments per contractual obligation during site acquisition; Landlord reimbursement and bond resolution/close-out Project Management • Proactively track & manage new restaurant deal process including accuracy of data, critical dates, and pipeline, • Manage follow up to ensure the resolution of development issues, compliance of contractual obligations, and the completion of necessary tasks, • Determine best practice and formulate process for UK specific requirements Asset Management • Manage the facilities management process Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, • Background in construction, consistently delivering the highest quality final product, • Previous UK restaurant/retail development and construction experience, • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities at the same time, • Strong organisational skills, • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, • Effective communicator (written, verbal, as an individual, and in group setting), • Previous experience in selecting/developing partners and building high performing teams, • Strong financial acumen, • Strong technical capabilities (e.g. electrical, mechanical, civil), • Strong understanding of the planning approval process, • Strong background in project management and contract negotiations Minimum Years of Experience 4 Travel Requirements 50% Required Level Of Education Bachelor's Degree

Genomics LIMS Project Manager FTC - 15 months Hybrid - Blackfriars, London, SE1 8NZ/Remote Join Synnovis at a pivotal moment in the transformation of genomic medicine across the South East. We are delivering a new enterprise Genomics LIMS that will modernise laboratory operations, replace outdated systems, and fully integrate with the Trust’s Epic EPR. This role offers the rare chance to shape a nationally significant digital genomics platform removing manual workflows, improving patient safety, and creating a cutting‑edge environment for genomic testing. As Project Manager, you will work at the heart of a high‑profile programme involving clinical, scientific, and digital teams. You will influence how genomic services are delivered for years to come, driving meaningful improvements in turnaround times, clinical quality, and digital capability. You will project manage the delivery of the Genomics LIMS, a hybrid of Epic Beaker and projodis solution that will standardise workflows across the SE GMS network of multiple labs and ways of working. The role covers planning, configuration, system integration testing, training, and go‑live activities. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee integrations with the Epic EPR and national digital genomics platforms, and ensure compliance with ISO15189, NHS England GMS standards, and information governance requirements. You will support clinicians and scientists in harmonising workflows, transitioning from legacy LIMS, and embedding new ways of working. You will contribute to the delivery of in‑house Whole Genome Sequencing by ensuring the LIMS is sequencing‑ready. Working closely with Trust Digital, Synnovis IT, and specialist vendors, you’ll drive delivery to contractual and funding timelines, ensuring the programme maintains momentum and achieves its strategic benefits. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of the Genomics LIMS project by tracking the project plan, ensuring alignment with Synnovis, Trust, and national genomics requirements., • Manage integration of Epic Beaker and Projodis workflows, including configuration, validation, and cross‑site harmonisation., • Oversee testing phases, risk and issue management, governance reporting, and change control., • Ensure compliance with ISO15189, UK GDPR, DSPT, NHS England GMS standards, and CCN governance requirements., • Coordinate operational readiness, SOP updates, training, and transition to new digital workflows., • Manage vendors, internal technical teams, clinical/scientific leads, and external stakeholders. Essential Criteria • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience, • PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or equivalent project management certification, • Proven experience delivering large-scale clinical/digital systems projects, • Experience with LIMS, pathology systems, or EPR/LIS integrations, • Experience in complex multi-site, multi-stakeholder programme environments, • Demonstrable experience in risk, governance, and change control, • Experience leading configuration, testing, migration, and deployment workstreams, • Understanding of digital pathology/genomics workflows, • Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate into deliverables, • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, • Highly organised with ability to manage interdependent workstreams, • Competent with MS Project, Excel, Teams, SharePoint Desirable Criteria • Programme management qualification (MSP, APM PPQ), • Experience in genomics laboratory environments, • Experience with Epic Beaker or Projodis workflow configuration, • Understanding of UKAS accreditation (ISO 15189), • NHS experience
