This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Manager looking to play an integral role in streamlining processes as the company invest in new equipment. This role would suit an experienced and hands-on Production Manager from any manufacturing background. You will need both leadership and change management experience, as well as a working knowledge of LEAN principles such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED etc. The successful Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day planning of production across the site.
