Retail Marketing & Activation • Coordinate with trade marketing teams to organise retailer-specific initiatives (sampling programs, in-store displays, events, training)., • Assist in managing timelines and deliverables for retail activations. Training, Store Visits & Reporting • Help organise in-store staff training sessions and materials., • Deliver weekly store visits to key retailers to monitor and report on the in-store environment., • Document and share observations on merchandising, product placement, competitor activity, and promotional compliance., • Provide actionable insights to improve retail execution and visibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure smooth execution of go-to-market plans., • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure meetings, projects, and launches run efficiently. Qualifications & Skills • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field., • Strong interest in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries., • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with data analysis and reporting., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment., • A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a growing business.
