This Machine Operator role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing manufacturing team. About the Machine Operator Role As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth manufacturing processes. This is a hands-on Machine Operator position in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career. Key Responsibilities As a Machine Operator / Production Operative, you will: • Set up and operate production machinery, • Monitor output and carry out quality checks, • Clean and maintain machines and work areas, • Record production data (materials, quantities, timings), • Report faults or breakdowns to the supervisor, • Support continuous improvement across the production line, • Follow all health & safety procedures About You We’re looking for a Machine Operator or Manufacturing Operative who has: • Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operative, Print Operator, or similar, • Strong attention to detail, • Ability to follow instructions and processes, • Basic computer/IT skills, • A reliable, team-focused attitude, • Willingness to learn and develop new skills Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for semi-skilled candidates to progress into a Machine Operator role.
