This will include providing a positive initial reception for clients and directional guidance. · Working directly with the customer as part of a team to provide conflict resolution at our client’s premises where there is potential for conflict. · Working closely with your fellow colleagues to ensure members of the public comply with site rules and guidance. · Use common sense and initiative immediately involving others if a situation becomes threatening. · To have a smart appearance, always be alert and visible whilst commanding a security presence within the customer premises · Be able to administer First Aid assistance if a member of public or client’s staff was to be suddenly taken unwell (training will be provided) · Complete legible incident report writing if and when an incident arises. · Work to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for everyone.
