Job Title: Montessori Teacher Role Overview This role focuses on guiding children within an authentic Montessori environment that nurtures independence, concentration, and a natural curiosity for learning. The educator will support each child’s development through carefully prepared materials and experiences across the core Montessori areas. Key Duties Montessori Environment & Practice Prepare and maintain a calm, orderly, and inviting Montessori classroom. Present materials clearly and accurately, following Montessori principles. Observe children closely to understand their interests and developmental needs. Protect uninterrupted work periods to allow deep concentration. Support mixed-age learning, encouraging collaboration and peer support. Foster a respectful, peaceful, and inclusive classroom community. Montessori Curriculum & Materials Guide children through the five key Montessori curriculum areas: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Cultural Studies. Ensure materials are complete, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. Support children in developing independence through hands-on learning experiences.
