Job Title:Clinical Pharmacist Banding:Band 8a Location: Croydon Greater London Start Date:ASAP Duration:Ongoing Hourly Rate: 35.00 43.00 Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday We are currently seeking a highly skilled Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to join our esteemed client in Croydon. This is a full-time ongoing opportunity for a pharmacist with strong NHS experience and a background in hospital ward-based clinical services. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services across hospital wards including taking drug histories conducting medicines reconciliation performing clinical screening and reviewing TTAs. The role requires experience with EPMA systemsideally Cerner as this is the system in use. The pharmacist will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe effective and evidence-based use of medicines contributing to patient care and supporting service delivery across the trust. Qualifications and Experience • GPhC registration (essential), • NHS experience (essential), • Hospital ward-based experience including drug history medicines reconciliation clinical screening and TTA screening, • EPMA experience (essential; Cerner preferred) From the moment you register with us our focus is entirely on you.
