The Role As Paralegal you will become an integral member of the Data Breach team undertaking all facets of administrative and legal casework as directed by your direct report and other firm solicitors. Role Responsibilities The role will include, but is not limited to: -\tAssist with case preparation/progress to include general administrative duties and legal support as directed. -\tTelephoning clients to obtain case details, drafting attendance notes and emails to clients as well as maintaining client records -\tResearch of developments in any of the matters in which we are working including prospective cases and providing written summaries. -\tUpdating and maintaining accurate records and files within our case management systems. -\tAccurate time-recording. -\tCollaboration with our Client Services Team in relation to our clients and prospects including gathering and interrogation of client data and drafting communications to clients. -\tData management and manipulation. -\tSupport direct report and other solicitors with ad hoc duties as required. Person Specification -\tPrevious experience of working as a Litigation Paralegal. -\tHighly organised with excellent planning skills and a strong attention to detail -\tOutstanding analytical, innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. -\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. -\tHighly self-motivated with the ability to meet multiple, tight deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment with consistently high levels of performance. -\tContinuous improvement mindset with a willingness to embrace change. -\tClient-centric approach, ensuring exceptional standards of professionalism at all times. -\tMS Office skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Equal Opportunities Our approach to our people is underpinned by our commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and well-being.
