It’s where our chefs prepare the sauces, garnishes and other chef-made components that go into our meal kits and bring our dishes to life. As one of three Production Supervisors in Kitchen Operations, you’ll lead our team of chefs and Kitchen Porters while working closely with your fellow Supervisors, other department leaders and our Production Managers. About Us We are a new, small, quality-led provider opening a 2 /3 bed children's home in Enfield for children aged 6-17 years with Learning Disabilities, Autism and communication needs. We will open with 1 child for the first 3 months to ensure safe settling, relationship building and quality embedding, then build to 2 children with a potential to scale up to three. Our approach is low arousal, communication first (Makaton/PECS/intensive interaction), PBS, PACE and child-centred care. We are not a large corporate - you will be supported directly by our experienced Responsible Individual. 2.
