Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end or fine-dining kitchen. - A strong culinary background with a passion for flavour, technique, and innovation. - Excellent organisational skills and ability to maintain composure during busy service. - Deep knowledge of kitchen operations, health & safety regulations, and food hygiene standards. - A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and team spirit. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
