Chef de Partie (Savoury) - Wimbledon We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie (Savoury) to join this busy pie, brunch, and café production kitchen in Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with a passion for hearty, comforting food who enjoys working within a structured, daytime-led production environment. The successful candidate will support the preparation and delivery of a range of high-quality savoury products including pies, sausage rolls, stews, brunch components, and bakery pairings, all produced with a strong focus on consistency, flavour, and quality. The kitchen operates within a calm but fast-paced environment, supporting both savoury bakery and café-style operations. The Person The ideal Chef de Partie (Savoury) will have the following: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Prep Chef within a savoury-focused kitchen Strong skills in pastry, fillings, stews, batch cooking, and brunch preparation Experience working with bakery or café-style food, including pies, sausage rolls, and brunch dishes Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards within a production environment Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude Genuine passion for classic British comfort food and savoury baked products Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Full right to work in the UK If you are a dependable and food-focused Chef de Partie looking for a stable kitchen role with excellent daytime hours and a supportive team environment in Wimbledon, apply today!
