HiStory Hospitality are seeking a talented and organised In-Room Dining & Breakfast Lead Chef to oversee the breakfast kitchen and in-room dining service within a five-star country house hotel environment. • Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Lead Chef within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant or high-end hospitality environment, • Strong experience in breakfast service and in-room dining operations, with the ability to deliver consistent quality in a fast-paced environment, • Proven ability to lead a small team during morning service and ensure smooth kitchen operations, • A passion for high-quality produce and delivering exceptional food from the very start of the day, • Confident in managing preparation, service flow and maintaining consistently high standards, • Experience in stock management, ordering, food cost control and maintaining accurate records, • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards and kitchen health & safety procedures, • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage early starts and multiple service streams, • Calm and reliable under pressure, with excellent communication between kitchen and front of house teams, • The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and growing restaurant group
