Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a business support or operations management role, preferably in a fast-paced or growing organization. Prior experience in managing teams and budgets is essential. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
