Skills and Qualifications: ● A good academic background is essential; therefore, the prospective candidate will have an undergraduate degree-level qualification. A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or any related subject will be an enhanced advantage. However, an alternative degree-level qualification, with supplementary experience, qualifications and certifications which demonstrate site management, project management, leadership, health & safety compliance, and CSCS manager level approval, will be accepted. ● A minimum of 1 year in building and project management experience, as well as proven project delivery experience at planning and construction stages will be essential. ● A full understanding of project delivery, costs, and programme management in both residential and commercial settings. ● You will have the ability to compile project programmes, review, amend and update them using MS Project, Aster or similar construction programme software. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● A dynamic individual with a pro-active approach and excellent problem-solving skills. ● A hands-on approach and a willingness to work with and alongside the team. ● A proven ability to lead and build strong relationships with internal and external teams. ● An effective team leader and team player with the ability to work autonomously and work under own initiative. ● Excellent design skills and high proficiency at understanding building regulations. ● Willingness to undergo of and on-the-job training. ● Good interpersonal skills and eloquence in English.
