You will arrive in the morning to the Prep Unit in Woolwich SE18 and load the van with all food required for the day. Sometimes you will be doing multiple drops in the morning and multiple collections in the afternoon. You will drive to the location specified, usually around 30minutes-1hour drive, here you will be met by another colleague where you will both unload and set up the gazebo and market pitch together. At 9.30am you will leave and return to collect the items again at roughly 3pm. The afternoon shift is the same as the morning but obviously in reverse and you will finish your shift at around 7.30pm at the prep unit in Woolwich SE18.
