Warehouse Operative We are seeking an efficient, organised, and reliable individual to join our warehouse team. Our staff are known for their dedication, strong work ethic, and collaborative spirit, and we are looking for someone who will fit seamlessly into that culture. The ideal candidate is highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working to structured processes in a fast-paced environment. While much of the role involves working as part of a team, you will also be required to work independently at times, so reliability and the ability to manage your own workload are essential. Key Responsibilities • Prepare customer orders, including accurate picking of products and inspection of best-before dates and packaging condition, • Pack goods accurately following quality checks, • Handle and store packages correctly to prevent damage, • Sort and place materials and items on racks and shelves, • Monitor stock levels of raw materials and notify the Warehouse Manager when replenishment is required, • Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times, • Support the wider team with additional duties as required Skills and Requirements • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to meet the physical demands of a warehouse role, • Flexible approach with willingness to take on a variety of tasks, • Basic computer literacy, including Excel, Word, internet, and email, • Fluent Portuguese, with a basic level of English (sufficient to read English-language picking lists)
