    SOUS CHEF – NEW ITALIAN CONCEPT La Rueda – Clapham, London La Rueda is entering an exciting new chapter with a fresh Italian restaurant concept, and we are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for a chef who wants to be part of a venue that is evolving, developing its food offering and building a strong kitchen culture from the ground up. The Role Working closely with the Head Chef and management team, you will help lead the kitchen through service while maintaining high standards across food quality, consistency, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
