(knowledge of Nigerian Cuisine preferable) Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the food plan, preparing, monitoring the quality of food, and ensuring consistency in offering a high standard of cuisine to the client, including menus change regularly and modern African cuisine geared to the seasons., • Attending to Uber eats,deliveroo drivers, • What we are looking for?, • NVQ level 2/3 or similar relevant industry experience and qualifications, • Proven experience, ideally within a high volume and quality, • Must have a valid certificate at Level 2 Food Hygiene, • Clean, neat, and methodical approach to work, • Able to work under pressure, • High standard of food hygiene, • A passionate individual, • SPECIFICATION, • 37.50 hours per week, • Salary £22,000 GPA, • Start date ASAP, • Other requirements:, • Have the right to work in the UK, • English speaker, • DBS check
