As a Retail Chef de Partie, youll run a large section and contribute to producing around 200 portions daily delivering fresh, vibrant, consistent dishes at pace. This role is ideal for a hardworking, organised chef who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Responsibilities Run a large production section within a high-volume kitchen. Prepare, cook, and present dishes efficiently to meet service deadlines. Maintain high levels of quality, consistency, and portion control. Support the wider team with a flexible, can-do attitude. Follow recipes and specifications accurately, ensuring proper allergen and compliance practices. Keep your workstation clean, well-organised, and compliant with food safety standards. Requirements Experience in high-volume kitchens or large-scale production. Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle pressure. Strong technical basics and consistent, accurate preparation. A hardworking, positive mindset and willingness to support the team. Understanding of allergens, food safety, and kitchen compliance.
