The role will focus on ensuring all marketing functions operate in a coordinated manner through structured planning, content governance, campaign management, and performance oversight. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Growth · Develop and execute Cake Craft's digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets. · Own digital marketing performance against revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability goals. · Identify opportunities to increase online visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. · Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities. · Drive sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making and continuous optimisation.
